There is a very informative group on LinkedIn called Organizational Change Practitioners. If you aren't already involved, then I encourage you to join and get involved. Those of you that are involved will most probably be aware that they have been running a twitter based brainstorm on the very topic of Organisational Change.
The first session took place on 30th April (read the transcript), the second session is taking place as I write this, and is 'open' until Sunday, though of course, twitter never closes.
I recommend that you take a look, see what is being discussed and, if you wish, contribute. The hashtag is #ocpractitioner . If your not on twitter, then you can still follow the discussion.
