Changefirst is pleased to announce that we will be partnering with le Cordeur Consulting operating as Changefirst SA (PTY) LTD to deliver our change management platform and the People Centered Implementation (PCI®) Practitioner methodology workshops to organizations within South Africa and Namibia.

le Cordeur Consulting is based in Cape Town and is led by its founder Andrew le Cordeur.  le Courdeur operates locally in South Africa and Namibia, and Andrew has over 20 years international expertise, in both IT and non-IT business change and transformation environments.  He has led and delivered diverse projects in change management and provide ERP program management, as well as enterprise consulting, advisory and training capability development.

le Cordeur Consulting believes e-change® is at the forefront of enabling On Demand technology and balances human contact and fundamentally changes and enhances the traditional change management space.  The e-change® application and content is easily available, shared and available On Demand, enabling an advanced users experience and delivery capability to all affected by the change.  All this is delivered within a secure Cloud based application service.

Andrew is delighted to become an official partner with Changefirst as both  PCI® and e-change® compliments his desire to build end to end organizational change capability, in a practical and inclusive approach, rather than in pockets of the organization.
