Working at all organisational levels to develop people skills to create value for customers and stakeholders.    ### Specialisms and sectoral experience  With a passion rooted in GE best practice, and particular expertise in process excellence (and the intersection of Lean Six Sigma and Change Management), Luz is a certified Changefirst Practitioner and Master Trainer who has built Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black Belts communities to support and embed new processes.
