Luz Olmos – Changefirst Associate (EMEA) 

Luz is a seasoned Change and Transformation, L&D professional with global experience in multi-cultural environments.

Working at all organisational levels to develop people skills to create value for customers and stakeholders.   

Specialisms and sectoral experience 

With a passion rooted in GE best practice, and particular expertise in process excellence (and the intersection of Lean Six Sigma and Change Management), Luz is a certified Changefirst Practitioner and Master Trainer who has built Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black Belts communities to support and embed new processes. Delivering new operating models and improving performance for clients across Europe, US, Singapore, Australia & NZ.  

More specifically her experience includes:    

• Change Adaptability & Power skills facilitator, trainer and coach for leaders, professional and students entering the world of work

• Leading Implementation and world-wide Adoption of Lean Six Sigma for manufacturing excellence at Linde Group

• Consultant for process excellence, manufacturing for sustainability at Nestle Iberia

• Operational Excellence Program Manager at AXA Way – for delivery across Europe, US, Australia and Japan 

Language capabilities 

Luz speaks Spanish (native), English (fluent), French and Italian (communication level).
