We changed the format of our newsletter this month and have been monitoring the success of the approach. There is one thing that stands out as an overwhelming success - which is an article by Dave Goldberg of the Creativity Cooker on our PCI change methodology and innovation. The article itself was of primary interest to our existing clients but I also wanted to post it here because I think  it has relevance for a wider audience too.

We are also pleased for two reasons. Firstly for Dave who put the time and effort into creating the piece in the first place. Much appreciated - Dave. And secondly because it is in line with our plan to include guest content in our communications where we can.
