I just found an interesting article on the timing of the measurement of success in relation to change management projects. This is interesting timing in its own right for Changefirst because this is an area we plan to cover more of in the next 12 months. In particular we are interested in assessing what good organisational change management might look like and then taking this a step further and looking at how you might want to measure this within your organisation.
