I think the first thing I want to say, I've got three things to say, but the first thing to caveat that is, this is probably the most surprisingly simple methodology I've ever used. Elle Moody I had a number of aha moments throughout learning your implementation process from your perspective and your experience. So I really appreciated that. I also think that the roadmap pro tool is impressive. I've never seen something like this where you can map your change projects, enter a program like this. Edgar Gutierrez The other thing that I'm taking away are stories, tips, and guides from you and from John, the participants that share these stories and experience. This is something that I cherish a lot. It's key. It's very important. Paul McCarthy Because it's not grounded in theory, or just a theory side of change, it's practical. And that comes across into the third area, which that pragmatism translates into how to use both the methodology and the tool in a coexisting way.
