I think it's important to acknowledge that in a world that's already saturated with change management coming out of it ears in terms of different methodologies and approaches and tools. I think the first thing I want to say, I've got three things to say, but the first thing to caveat that is, this is probably the most surprisingly simple methodology I've ever used.
